How Minispace Works

Each daycare gets its own private, isolated space accessible at a unique URL:

Staff and parents log in with email and password, protected by two-factor authentication via email. All uploaded files are encrypted on disk.

Data & Privacy

  • All data is hosted in Quebec, Canada
  • Files are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with per-tenant keys
  • Each daycare's data is fully isolated in its own database schema
  • No data is shared between daycares
